Who is Leo Zaza?
I started my life as a shepherd in Deyro village in the southeast of Türkiye. At 12 years old I moved to Istanbul and worked as a dishwasher, later on as a salesman, waiter and hospitality management. self owned coffee brand and shop. Came to the US 17 years ago, drove a pedicap/ricksha in NY city to raise money for my startup as an actor. Studied Cinema, played in several movies but always came back to hospitality, and food service.
I reached my dream in 2019 when I started a tiny coffee shop. In 2020 I successfully branded and launched my very own cardamom Turkish coffee, and pistacia drink imported from my home village back in Türkiye, a unique product that I am proud to call my own. As of today, my products are selling successfully in local retail stores and online.
Bringing the warm welcome of my beloved Turkish culture, and building a community-focused business that provides opportunities for connections and growth alongside me remain central to the heart of my mission.
